  5. Pay attention to the titles and subtitles: The topic of your paper should be plainly presented in the title. It ought to relate to the paper’s subject matter. The section headings and table and figure captions must be precise and detailed.
  6. Write a clear abstract: Your research’s approach should be clearly described in an abstract. It should be able to give a clear overview of your paper, as some people refer to the abstract to understand what is inside the paper. Graphical or video abstracts can also be used.
  7. Utilize journal templates: If a journal has a template manuscript, use it. It will save you a lot of time and effort and keep your paper organized. The reviewers will also find it favorable.
  8. Maintain clarity in the illustrations: Be direct while presenting data, especially in tables. Do not repeat the same information that is there in the paper. Use high-resolution images.
