The American College of Cardiology conducted a study to resolve the prevailing practices and existing needs in this area and plan for a cardio-oncology sector that would hopefully fill gaps in resources and allow specialists to share best practices, improve educational tools and rehearse standards, design training programs and advocate for the department.
