Elsevier aims at Boosting Research Capabilities by Building up Ties

Elsevier has recently declared its association with the Thai Academic Consortium that will lead to a boost in the research capabilities of nearly 35 local Universities of Thailand. The collaboration will open up the accessibility of many Thai journals by indexing them in Scopus database of Elsevier.
