Sudan’s Burial Past Rediscovered


A Swiss archaeologist unearthed two ancient temples in the Khartoum area, which are believed to date back to around thousand years. The structures have been located few miles from Kerma, at the Red Hills. The temple architecture is an unknown and alien to the researchers, who have worked in these areas for more than a decade. The archaeologists believe that finding out such old structures with unique building features can bring out the unsolved historical mysteries dating back to few thousand years.
