India positions third globally for great research productions in artificial intelligence (AI). It is at a distance from world pioneer China, as indicated by an investigation by research organization Itihaasa, established by Kris Gopalakrishnan, previous CEO and prime supporter of Infosys. The agency registered the quantity of ‘citable records’— the number of research distributions in peep-tp-peer journals — in the field of AI between 2013-2017 as rattled off by Scimago, an abridgment that tracks inclines in logical research productions.
