Risk Score Tool Combination Improves Stroke Predictability

Recently, the Intermountain Medical Center combined the commonly used cardiac measurement tools, CHA2DS2-VASc and the Intermountain Mortality Risk Score, to improve the chances for correctly predicting cases of atrial fibrillation or heart stroke along with making recommendations for patients needing blood thinning drugs.
